what exercizes do you do to keep yourself fit ?

Do u go yoga, meditation, got to Gym regularly, morning walk, aerobiks, some kind of art of fighting like taekwando etc or something else. what advantages do you find in that particular way of keeping you fit? I go to Gym regularly. this keeps my body fit and in shape. this also keeps in check of the extra fat i do take in generally due to my extravagent lifestlye. tell be about your preferances..

Well i go to the gym everyday because i was skinny and now i've started to gain weight so i go to the gym to shape my body and the results can be seen after only 3 months so i will continue my program cause it's the best the only one were you can see the results in at least 2 weeks

i do jogging and cycling. above all i thing walk around 4-5 kmns everyday
