Do you know that Poland has over 1000 years of history and in 16th century it was the most powerful country in Europe.More powerful than England,France and Germany. In 1525 the german king felt down on his knees opposite to polish king and he asked not to start war against Germany.

I'm afraid that is the problem that is not so easy to get rid of, friend. The thing is that contemporary politicians want to get the better of their position and they will travel, educate, eat and drink and live it up - for the taxpayers' money of course. The only hope is the younger generation, but after 4-month teaching at a gymnasium in Warsaw I feel a bit frustrated about this layer of Polish heritage.

Absolutely. That's what is very important for all the peoples in the world: to stop thinking about the past problems and hatrids, it's time to start a lot of things anew... It is so clear that there are a lot of common problems we face nowadays, thus there's no sense in arguing and confrontation, why not join our forces to withstand terrorism and other contemporary public threats? Stereotypes will always haunt those who are language- and culture-limited, but those who are not, like us (FRENZY, do understand WHY we are speaking ENGLISH now??? Don't you feel superior???), should do all our best to improve the world... even if it may cost us a lot.

:) I love Poland. Polish people are nice and friendly. I know every corner of Poland. From Szczecin to Gdansk, Warsaw to Krakow. I wish Poland is going to be more stable with politics and internal affair.
