Enduring pain after my foot was broken ...

About 4 years ago I broke my foot in a motorbike accident. Everything healed perfectly, but since then I always have a lot of pain in that foot whenever it's getting cold or wet weather. As it is now starting to be winter, I am confronted with this problem again. Is there anyone who has a solution for this ? Wearing warm socks and shoes is not a solution, as I alredy tried that. Moving to a warmer country is also not an option !
