I just went to the link on COMCAST in violation of Net Neutrality Law. Taken from the article - Comcast is actively interfering with its users’ ability to access popular and legal video, photo and music sharing applications. They are crippling peer-to-peer communication, the company’s spokespeople have thumbed their noses at the public and the press — refusing to admit that the blocking of connections is underhanded or in any way threatens the free flow of information that’s become the hallmark of an open Internet.
PLEASE ALSO CHECKOUT THIS ARTICLE:

We need Net Neutrality Regulation to let Internet Freedom Reign.
Sign petition today against what COMCAST is doing:

Please pass on the above petition link. We need to spread this info far and wide and show big monopolies like COMCAST that we don't need and won't put up with is type of behavior.
BOYCOTT COMCAST TODAY!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks in advance.

Net neutrality needs to be maintained, I believe, to avoid discriminatory practices by the providers. Legislation that does just that should not be seen as leading to government control of the Internet. Check out:-

Net Neutrality is good for now, but the precedent it sets is terrible for the future of the Internet. Net Neutrality allows the government to regulate the Internet it will first start off as small regulation, then lobbyists will come into congress and begin to regulate it their wants and needs, which will be those ISPs trying to fight it now. And then in a couple of years you'll probably have censored websites kind of like in China and Iran where the Internet is regulated by the government. Then we'll also have taxes on sending emails and whatnot. What sounds good for the present may end up screwing us down the road. We should leave it up the free market to decide. If we don't like the way an ISP runs their business we can always find a new ISP. If people leave that ISP they will lose money until they can change their attitude.

Big business has unfortunately become government. The government is supposed to be 'we the people.' We are still in a free country the last time I checked. Corporations of greed control the lobbyists who annoy congress. Corporations are in bed (sneaking around) with the lobbyists the last time I peeped in on...
..and not a pretty sight I might add.
As for net neutrality, unless you want the internet to be as mind-numbing as cable tv has become today what with all the forcing of shiot music, shiot television (reality crap tv) etc, then maybe you should rethink what you are saying. You are too young maybe to know this (and I hope I am not coming off too harsh or like an older jaded person), but cable tv started off with no commercials. So your theory of us turning into china or iran because of a regulation called 'net neutrality' doesn't hold much water. If china invades to turn us into more direct slaves they will definitely still want to sell us crap. There is a new form of slavery going on - become a slave to the product we choose for you. 'We the People'(aka - the government) need to stand up for our rights and keep monopolistic greed monsters at bay. In a world without money we would probably have no need for so much regulation. In a world with money regulations are sometimes the only protection we have for our personal freedoms. The First Amendment says that Congress must protect the rights of freedom of speech, freedom of the press, freedom of assembly, freedom of petition, and freedom of religion. It also says that Congress cannot promote any one religion more than others. This should hold true for business in that Congress should not have the ability to promote any one company or more than others.
