I do this alot because I watch out for foods with hydronated fats in them which is very unhealthy as well as the amount of saturated fats. I go to the gym 5 times a week and I am very careful about what I eat. I also watch how many E numbers are contained in the food. Thankfully I do not have any food allergies so don't need to worry if the food contains nuts or gluten like one of my friends does.

I read the ingredients list on all food packages that I consider buying. I have some food allergies, and that's the only way I can know what's in them. I also have to watch my sodium (salt) so that I don't get too much. I don't worry much about the calories, unless they're from a ton of bad fats. It pays to be conscious of the ingredients in the foods we eat. My family had a lot of diabetes, heart disease, and other problems that could have been controlled by their diets. I don't want to ever find myself in that situation because of poor eating habits.

I would like to check the contents. Especially the letters in bold. Sometimes to check for allergic information or if it is suitable for vegetarians.
