Sachin is barely a match winner but he has scored a lot of runs. So I can say that he is one of the best but not the best cricket player in the world.
But Sachin and Sourav are the only Indians and the only people in the world to have scored more then 10000 runs in ODI.

I am the best cricket player in the world but i didn't got publicity officially blinder . otherwise sachin is best master blaster .
