well i think they should be allowed to stay if they had only come to usa for safety and a better life, not just for a useless excuse.

No - they broke the law when they came here and they break other laws every day they stay here. If you and I broke all the laws they do we would be thrown in jail for a long time and we do NOT need more criminals in this country, we already have enough.

Why should people who broke the law to come into the United State illegally get to stay here and become a citizen. They broke the law in the frist place by coming here in the frist place then they buy documents illegally.
When they break the law and come here by hopping the border then they need to go back and come back the right way. If they can't come in the right way they need to go back and if we have to send them back then they should not be able to come back for five years.
Then that would set and example for others that think about doing it. You send a few home with knowing they can't come back for five years the others will think twice before they try jumping the border.
If they come back and are caught the second time they need to be sent to prision then deported for ten years and it should double every time they come here the wrong way.
And as for them being illegal immigrants they are not that they are illegal aliens so until people under stand the differents between and immigrant and an alien we will have this problem.

No. They should be sent back and given a chance to immigrate later. Its only fair. If they're gonna cut in the line and jump the border, then they should be put at the back of the line.

99% of the time - NO! They are breaking the law to come into the country and they break more laws every day they are here. We do NOT need more criminals, we already have enough of our own.
The only exceptions is refugees. They have to do what ever they can to get to ANY safe country. IF they manage to make it to the US; we do have exceptions for them; BUT, they need to report themselves (turn themselves in), so they can be granted refugee status. If they don't do that, then they should not be allowed to stay either.
