What if we were the last generations on Earth?

In anticipation of the movie, "Children of Men", what if we were the last generation on earth? No one else could have no more babies. We are the last people to be born. How long do you think it would be before earth is non existent of living being? How do you think it would impact the world iif would to receive breaking new like this on the news TODAY?

Well like most novel movie ideas, this one has come from the realisation that such a possibility is beconing for mankind.
I have thought myself, how do we ask our young people to save and invest and get educated for a future, when that future is far from certain.
Pension plans? Don't make me laugh!
Dog eat dog, could be the new anthem for the next generation.

thanks for the response... u r sweet.. i am inlove with him... but i don't know if he really loves me or he just thinks that...
i hope we are not the last generation on earth... i hope it keeps going and going!
