here is something nice I received in e-mail.
it was originally in Hebrew and I translated it, so the grammar isn't perfect. feel free to modify it and share.
thanks
thanks
to the wife
who made me a plain sandwich for dinner
because it says she's with me and someplace else with someone else.
to my husband
who lays on the sofa like a potato
because it means he is with me and not in some pub with another woman.
to my growing daughter, who complains about dish-washing
because it means she is at home and not wandering in the streets.
to my boss, who makes me stay at work late,
because it means I have a work.
to the mess after the party,
because it means I'm surrounded by friends
to my too tight cloths,
because it means I have enough food to eat
to the shadow following me everywhere I go
because it means I'm under the sun.
to the mortgage you have to pay, to the windows you have to clean and to the walls you have to whitewash,
because it means you have a house.
to the complaints about the government,
because it means I have a freedom of speech.
to the parking spot at the end of the street,
because it means I can walk and I was blessed with a vehicle .
to the too high electricity bill,
because it means I can feel warm enough in the winter and cool enough in the summer.
to the annoying woman who stands behind me in line and doesn't stop screaming,
because it means I can hear
to the huge pile of laundry waiting for ironing
because it means I have cloths to wear
to the painful muscles and the overgrowing tiredness
because it means I can work hard
to the alarm clock that weakens me up every morning
because it means I'm alive
and finally to the huge amount of e-mails I get,
because it means I have friends who thinks about me
