Should the USA stop giving financial aid to other countries?

I say yes. The people in the USA work hard for their money and should be able to have their money go to their own people. The USA has been giving handouts all over the world for ages but rarely do other countries help out in return. Instead they throw out hate and bigotry towards the USA. I say "don't bite the hand that feeds you". What do you think?
