Well, all I can find from what you've posted is one little picture.
It's a pretty little picture, but it's not a photograph, at least, not a photograph of Mars - it's a staged scene, as far as I can tell. I'd take a guess that it's an entirely computer generated scene, ie, an "artist's impression" of what they would really really like to imagine things would look like if they could actually get onto the Martian surface and stand back behind the Mars Rover and snap a photograph of the scene.
If you read my other post on the subject of Mars "smoke & mirrors", you will see some REAL photographs published by NASA, allegedly taken by the Mars Rovers on the Martian surface. I say "allegedly" because there are a FEW questions about the location that remain unanswered by anyone, including NASA. For example, why is the sky BLUE? But that's another story...
