What digital cameras have the best quality

I have my current digicam which is a kodak easyshare CX7300. I have it for almost two years now. At first it was very reliable but then now, when i take pictures, it's always blurred. Now I'm thinking what brand should i be buying. please help me decide.

I bought a Canon PowerShot. It is 8 mega pixels. I love that camera and have been very satisified with the quality of it's pictures. I would suggest taking the camera in and having it serviced. Perhaps that is allitr needs to get back to taking good pictures.

is it so. now i'm considering something that has this image stabilizer. hopefully i will be buying a new one
