There's a new simple way to lose weight according to an article I read lastnight in Woman's World magazine! It's called the "Shangri-La Diet" but it is actually not a diet at all.
This will shrink your appetite & make your body release stored fat.
All you have to do is simply take 2 tablespoons daily of EITHER extra LITE olive oil -OR- refined walnut oil. The only rule is that you can NOT ingest ANY CALORIES 1 hour prior & 1 hour after taking the oil.
So that sounds simple enough to me, I'm going to start on this as soon as I get the chance to go back to the store!
I just thought I'd share it with you guys & get your thoughts on it.
Also if anyone wants to share their dieting & exercise tips I'd love to hear some. The reason I've gained weight is not because of junk food but because my weakness is pasta & rice!!
So if any of you happen to have any dieting tips & tricks I would like to hear them. Just because this "diet" says that you can still eat whatever you want (it just makes you want to eat smaller portions) I'd really like to start eating healthier. However there's a small problem with that, I'm currently living with my dad & he's planning on moving soon, the stove we had he got rid of because it was a piece of crap so now all we have is a microwave. So basically I've been living off of junk food & frozen dinners the past 3 months. ugh!
For more info about this "diet" you can check out the website- www.shangriladiet.com

i've heard of this before, but i can't lie, i'm skeptical. i know that olive oil is better than corn oil, but that doesn't mean i want to eat exra oil... but i'm going to check out the site and see how legit they are. i still can't see myself eating oil- plain- ugh. but i've heard of stranger diets. if it is true, i wonder what is happening in the system to make it work.
