there should be a way to encourage people

i think there should be a medium to encourage people. it start from childhood only from school but i think talent show are necessary too. like in india we got kaun banega crorepati (kbc), shabass india, sare ga ma,indian idol etc. this make people to look in their talent ( as sometime money problem may not rise your problem) and they know their will be no cheatin as they are front in public via tv. its not that you win but you saw world that you too have somethin. and always rewarded also by other medium. what you think and you can discuss with me with my views.

Encouragement and motivation comes from determination and strong will.
We should read biographies of famous people to learn from their examples how they coped up with failures and achieved their goals. Thats one way to gain encouragement. :)

but very few come out from this phase. due to so much politics and money problem for poor. they not get chance to come up. i know a person in kbc won50 lakhs rupees he was from a small village and his job was to sell fruit in street in very small proportion, but due to this show he rewarded for his talent.

Moreover, we should not be sarcastic to others. Too much criticism discourages people.
