Anti-spam with gmail

I have a big problem, i receive imoprtant email from friend in my gmail account but they are redirected to spam box.
So, i read them but i stay them there :-( And not they have been deleted (more than 30 days in the spam box)
Do you knox if i can find them or if they are lost? Thanks
