do you have anything to backup this statement?
in the bodybuilding world chicken is use alot
i myself eat upto 20 chickens a week (professional bodybuilders even more)
its a very high source of protein very low in bad fat speads up the repair of muscle and gives the body much needed fuel
eating the skin of the chicken in excessive amounts (as this is where alot of the fat is stored) can be bad from a gaining fat point of view
