Child Support controversy

I have raised my sone for the last 15 years of his life and due to some issues that have come up I am planning to send him home to live with his dad, until he graduates. His father pays child support and is current on the current child support but owes me over $15,000 in back child support. I know his father does not have medical and I'm sure his other children are on Medicaid. I talked to a customer support person at the Child Support office and asked a few questions about Medicaid for my son etc. I was shocked as hell when she told me not to enforce getting him on Medicaid because they would come after me for child support. I'm pissed because he owes me a lot of money in back child support and now they can just tell me they will go after me like that. Does anyone have comments to this??????????????
