Anxiety and stress:who is more dangerous?

I already receive answer on this question,but i want to get your opinion on this.Anxiety is also a regular problem we meet anytime in or after the work,does it badly too bring to the bigining or depression?

Anxiety and stress are one and the sae things with different words. whenever your body overworks, stress is the result. It also happens when you avoid taking rest and make your life revolve around work day in and day out. They say rest is the killer of stress and anxiety.
so might try this as well.

depression is overloading the mind with multiple thoughts or pressures, that the mind or brain cannot able to withstand..so we burst out in depression and tension

i would say anxiety is more dangerous if compared to stress. stress is common and something considered natural. stress is not depression.
