What to best get weather/water proof?

It has been pouring sicne a few days and our back yard flooded which sent water pouring in under the back door, and some cabinets. I should get it weather proofed before the next storm. Also we discovered cracks between the blocks in the wall that let water in the house, how to seal these things? Please help.

well with long sleaves you will get hot faster, htus loose more personal hydration and energy. common sence actually.
