well for me, its not about being lazy or about team chemistry. phil is a great coach and shaq is a great player. phil is just playing mind games where he's very known of, like he usually do with his players (remember rodman???) shaq is not lazy, he won't be a very dominant player if he's lazy, he worked to be that big and dominant, he even practices he's freethrows but he still misses them a lot. hehe. i think he's just slowing down because of his age and injuries.

hey.. who knows? Shaq may not be as lazy as he is now than he was with Phil. Phil is a good coach, a good thinker and he has the best strategies. That gives his players no reason to be lazy.

Well I guess Phil didn't brought up Shaq's alleged laziness before because Shaq was playing for him and they were winning, so as long as they're winning everything is 'ok' in Lakerland then. For me Shaq is not lazy, he just wants to pace himself through the regular season to be ready for the playoffs, but Shaq should be ready to play right about now since his team is currently out of the playoff picture. I think Phil was just playing around Shaq's mind.

I dont feel that shaq is lazy at all. I played basketball and the hardest position is a post and i also played that. I understand how others may see him as lazy, but its hard to judge someone that plays that physical of a sport without knowing wat he actually goes through.
