I think diet pills might work at first, but I think they are dangerous. Plus, if you do not address a change in your lifestyle/eating habits, you will just put it back on once you quit taking the pills. I am a firm believer in not eating at least 2 hours before bed. This really does help and drinking mostly water all day. Good luck ,

i don't believe in diet pill.first i used to go for gym.nowadys i'm doing exercise in my house itsel,altest 1 hour i do exercise daily,eat less and nutrious food ,less fatty foods.i have already lost 5kgs
