Yes it is a disease. Actual medical cases prove this. Most cases are obese people who has a tumor blocking their hypothalamus (Im not sure if this is the correct organ). This organ tells the brain that the stomach is full and the person needs to stop eating. If this organ is blocked, the brain will not know that the stomach is already full causing the person to continue eating. This disease causes deaths too.
