When was the last time you told your parents Luv You?

I know, most of the time we take this for granted and we hardly tell them! I think its important to actually tell people you love them once in a while. For most people they'd rather show it through their actions. But for me, saying it as well as doing something to show it, both matter. I never used to tell my parents before, but 2 years ago I attended a class which asked the same question. Since then somehow I've realised it is important and I do tell them often. I know its isn't easy to say so, esp after a certain age, its simply understood. I've been away from home for a year now and I feel the need to tell more often.

i said it a long time ago , but i still love them whit out telling them . And i think it is nessisery question.
