Perez is getting sued by photo agencies for not giving credit to them on the photos used. On the other hand, he made less than 50k last year on that site. Does he deserve to be sued for the millions they're asking?
I think he needs to have a permanent banner with links to the paparazzi sites. Then he can have free reign with the pics without randomly crediting when he feels like it.

I think he deserves to be sued. He was stealing photo's other people worked hard to get. Being a paparazzi may not be the most prestigous job in the world, but it's a job. The photographers deserve to be compensated or created for the work they do. Other blog sites credit the photo agencies.

I would say that I am on the side of the company whose pictures he is stealing. They went through a lot of hassle to get those pictures and he has absolutely no right to steal them and repost them without any due credit given and even worse, to PROFIT off of those pictures. Its really just common-sense and anyone else in the industry knows better. Its not hard to give credit where credit is due.
Also, how did you find out that he made less than 50k last year? I always wondered just how much he was making.

I actually side with Perez. He always posts where he got his photos, or you can see the photo agency water mark on the photos. The agency that is suing him is a case of sour grapes. If you read the Sunday LA Times article about the lawsuit, the CEO of the agency said she was suing him because he was arrogant.
He stands to make six figures this year. If he goes down, we will all go down. Anybody who posts a picture on any site that is not theirs, will be fair game.
