How to Treat Pimple Scars

I have pimple scars on my face because when I was a teenager I used to squeezed my pimples. NOw its a big problem because they are deep and plenty on my face. I tried so many scar medicine already but it seems nothing works. I'm contemplating on undergoing laser surgery but I am not also sure if its gonna work or I'll be wasting money again. Does anyone outhere knows a better medicine? Please advice.
