What is it with all the teen clothing stores selling almost the things?

Have you ever went into teen clothing stores and saw the same clothing item, with just a different symbol appearing on it? For instance, one day I went into Abercrombie and saw this jacket for $55, then I went into American Eagle and saw the exact same jacket, with the exception for the moose on the front, for $35. What's up with that?
