I am confused: the US government is going to have us eat cloned meat, but it is not going to allow scientists to explore stem cell research and look for cures for various cancers? Yes, there are many ethical issues with stem cell research, but a large population of the USA WANTS the government to approve it. And the majority of the population does NOT want to eat cloned meat, yet the government is going to use us as guinea pigs! A classic example of a government's ability to play mad scientist!

Before meat become "meat" is loving living creature. I am against killing animals. When you eat any meat is not good for you. Mass meat production=torture on animals.
Sorry is little off you discussion, but true.

Wierd and typicall really is what I would say. It seems to me that if you are against cloaning, as many in the US and government are, then you would be against any type of cloaning. As for me, I am unsure of my position on cloaning, but as far as stem-cell goes, if it is to help the sick, I don't really see a problem with it.
