I treasure my mornings! I've learned that if you want to win the day, you've got to win the mornings. That's why I wake up earlier than anyone else does at home. And in the darkness of the room and the stillness of the wee hours, all I can hear are my fingers dribbling at the keyboard of my laptop, writing my prayers to GOD. And I get this awesome feeling of being transported to another world.(I'm addicted)
Yes, thats how I pray. I've long learned that you should pray the way you're most able to express yourself to GOD. For me,its through my journal, I practice what Mary did. She "kept all these things pondering them in her heart."You need to do that to reflect,to think and to thank profusely. Is your life worth living?

Ahhhh! Another reflective/morning person!!! Yes, what a great time to witness the wonders of God's creation and ask Him for help for the day and blessings on His creatures. Yes, I love to get up early and get a cup of coffee, sit on the porch swing and welcome the new day. Of course, different times of the year yield different sounds and the colors of God's creation are breathtaking. And you know what always amazes me? When God paints the most beautiful sky colors, it only takes Him moments and if I was to try to pretend to paint the same colors, it would take me months and months.
Have a wonderful day!

My mornings are short - I shower (sometimes, other times I shower the night before), grab a bite to eat, bundle up and drive off to work. Sometimes, though, I have those real nice, reflective mornings. I would daily if I lived next to the beach, where I could run into the ice water and wake myself up before work.
