our law enforcement does not work!

okay here is the story well my husbands cousin in this past week has been pulled over by the police twice for drinking and driving and driving on a revoked.both times he was not charged.the last incident he wrecked his vehicle messed up his face so bad and broke his jaw that he has to get surgerie done on saturday.my thing is why is our system letting him get away with this he has a revoked license and drived drunk all the time.he is not only putting himself at risk but everyone else on the road to.when is justice going to be served?when he kills someone from driving drunk?what is your opion on this situation.

I also believe our law enforcement needs to get tougher on drunk drivers. I have had a family member killed by a drunk driver and one that was killed by drinking and driving. I hope people will wise up and stop putting other people in danger.
