trying to get out of debt

So I start an acclerated 1 year nursing program in January which will put me well into 80K dollars worth of debt. Because nursing is such a hot field right now and will continue to be in the future. So everyone is telling me that there's nothing to worry about as far as finances go. But despite all that consoling I'm still worried because anything can happen. One of my plans to rid myself of this debt is to try to get into a program that will require me to work at a hospital as a nurse in a high need area in return for atleast 50% tuition reimbursement. But then i'll still have undergrad debt. I needed some ideas on how I might be able to reduce this debt without having to work myself into a coma.
