You just won $1 MILLION DOLLARS! Congratulations! What do you do in the FIRST 24 hours? This information could be useful to all of us at some point in our lives and it is important to know what to do first! Please give us your best most detailed response! WHAT DO YOU DO IN THE FIRST 24 HOURS?

I would buy a car for myself and each of my kids. I would also buy an airplane ticket to Washington state and Africa.
I can't wait to hear what you think we should do first. Is this a contest? Are you giving away money or a car instead of best response?

This is not a contest it is purely for instructional purposes only so that we all will have a better freaking idea of what to do when we do win it...I think one thing we should not do is: Call everyone!!!

Oh, I see. I wouldn't be able to call everyone though. I have dial up. I would be on myLot bragging and breaking every single rule as fast as I can because I won't have to sit here posting for pennies anymore.
Then I still might not call ANYONE. People love you that hated you before, relatives come out of the woodwork and I don't know if you're in the U.S. but we have IRS here. You need to hide from them.

Just after winning notification, I would do this:
VERIFY that it's not a scam!!!! The most obvious thing ANYONE should do.
99 times out of 100, these things ARE scams.

I would put the money in the bank first. After that I would set aside and pay for ALL of my school expenses. I may buy something for me, my mother, brother, and girlfriend but nothing extremely expensive. The rest of the money I would just save as if I didnt win antyhing.

Awesome! That seems more like the next 24hours. Tell me if you know exactly what to do in the first 24hours...because I don't! EVERYONE...inform us of what to do immediately upon winning and then possibly what to do! Give us your hidden secrets of what to do in the first 24 hours...where to go...who to contact...who to hire...where to hide...where to cash it...how to cash it...etc etc
