Is there a specific pizza place that you like to go to? If so, is it a chain restaurnat, such as Pizza Hut or do you favor a local, perhaps family owned place? Or, better yet, do you make your own pizza and if so, can you post some recipes?
I ate at Pizza Hut with my daughter today and I have to say that the salad was much better than the pizza and I'm a pizza lover! Also, the service was terrible!

I like our Pizza Hut a lot, because all of our local pizza places are on the other side of town and they do not deliver to me. However, one of our old ones is moving back to our side of town and I LOVED it as a teen-ager. It is called Pasquales Pizza. I can't wait for them to open so I can see if they are as good as they were 20 years ago.

I love my local pizza place. It's called Apollo's. They have amazing salads, garlic bread, entrees, specials, and desserts as well. After it snows here, half of my town is in that place just to combat cabin fever.

We order out from pizza hut when we order pizza. The best pizza i like is pepperoni pizza from Rosati's, which is also a chain. I haven't made our own pizza with the girls yet...but that's a good idea!

I think local pizza places are better than chain ( not to say I don't eat from both). The chain resaturant doesn't put as much love into making their pizza.

Pizza is one of my favorite things to eat so i am not that picky when it comes to wher I get it from. We have several pizza places where I live and several in the adjoining towns. But my favorite place to get a pizza is at the Nice-N-Easy gas station. Believe it or not, they have the best pizza around. I have a recipe for you but its for breakfast pizza. Its really good. You scramble some eggs and put them on the crust in place of the pizza sauce. then you can top with whatever you like. We use cheese, bacon, ham and sausage.

Sorry to say but I don't like Dominos. They leave flyers in my door all the time about deals they are having and they all include delivery but when I've called for delivery they say they don't deliver to my house. WHY DO YOU LEAVE FLYERS HERE THEN!!!!!

Pizza Hut is my all time favorite pizza restraunt. I have tried all the other chains and local mom and pop pizza places and I still favor Pizza Hut. I usually have mine delivered, but the few times we have gone into the restraunt to eat, we have always gotten good service.

You are lucky to have great service at your Pizza Hut. Their pizza is good but I have notoriously gotten bad service. For example, this past Friday night, we ordered salads and a large pizza plus a personal pan pizza for my daughter. The salads came, no problem then they came to tell us that they didn't have any more large crusts! How can a pizza place run out of pizza crusts! So, we changed our order to a medium. It came but my daughter's personal pizza didn't come. We asked the server and she said it would be out soon. We waited 10 minutes and my husband went up to the counter to ask what happened and they were JUST putting it into the oven! We were pretty annoyed!

I Usually go to Pizza Hut because they deliver to my house. I have also been having trouble with them. They changed commputer programs, and every thing was messed up. It toke them 3 hrs and 4-5 phone calls, and I still had to go get my cold pizza and reheat it at home. I had 3 kids an 2 adult starving! and you know how hungry kids can be. They did give me a $20 credit and let me take the pizza with pou paying so I did not get to mad. It took All I had to not go postal on the manager when I got there, though. We have eaten there 2x since then and it has been right both times so I'll stay with them for now. I really do love treir pizza!

Egads - Plastic Hut? (Thats what I think their pizzas taste likeQ!)
No place like home - I spent my teen years working in Uncle Vinnie's restaurant. However, I'll give you a fast and tasty version of my famous homemade pizza that you and your daughter can make together:
Crescent Roll Pizza (feeds 2)
One can of Crescent rolls, pizza sauce, parmasan cheese, 1 lg bag (2 cups) grated pizza cheese OR 1 lg bag grated mozzarella. OPTIONAL: Browned and drained ground beef or pepperoni or ham or chopped pineapple or sliced olives or sliced mushrooms, etc.
Preheat oven according to crescent roll directions.
Open can of rolls and spread out flat on rectangular cookie or baking sheet. DO NOT TEAR APART! Join the ends of both pieces. Then spoon on sauce evenly to the edges and sprinkle with parmasan cheese. Now add your OPTIONALS evenly and then put the grated cheese on top of them.
Sprinkle some ground or flake oregano on top if you have it.
Put in oven and time as for crescent roll directions or until crust is golden on the edges. When its finished you will be able to detach the piza wedges without a knife (I hope). Enjoy!

My absolute favorite place to eat pizza is at a chain called Cici's Pizza. It is a pizza buffet that also has salad and pasta. The reason I love this place so much is because they have an alfredo pizza. It has alfredo sauce rather than pizza sauce and is topped with (I think) mozzarella. They just opened a store where I live, but I'm really bummed because we're going to be moving to Montana soon and they don't have any there! :( I guess I'll have to find another pizza place! lol

Oh, that makes me think of a place where we haven't been in a long time that also does an alfredo pizza. I think they just call it white pizza. It is a local/beach joint but it has good pizza. I think Olive Garden also does an alfredo pizza, if you have one of those near.

For chain pizza shops we love Papa John's BBQ Chicken pizza. It is wonderful. But for the most part we use local pizza shops, small mom & pop style places.
I also do make an awesome pizza, not completely homemade because I get the pizza shells from Giant Eagle Bakery (local grocery store). Although you do have to call ahead and ask for these, they do make them and for cheap. The pizza shell is special, it's a RYE pizza shell, like rye bread. Then you simply use Thousand Island dressing instead of sauce, add on drained sauerkraut, chopped up corned beef and cover with swiss cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted and you have a REUBEN PIZZA! It's awesome!

We prefer a local pizza place here. I like pizza hut pizza but to me the place here in town has better pizza. They also have a better price, its a famly owned business, gotta support the little man. Plus pizza hut is in the next town over, gas is so high.

I love this local pizza place in town- Jack's pizza. I think they might be changing the name soon because it just changed ownership. I never liked it before Tony bought it.
They make thin crust and regular crust pizza with special Tony's sauce. I'm not sure what he puts in it- but its delicious! Super fresh toppings and lots of cheese- Its great. Its kinda a small pizza shop with only 7 or 8 tables inside-- most of the time its busy.
Tony makes you feel welcome- He always greets you with a smile and knows most of his regular customers by name. Talk about old school.
We also have a pizza hut in town- Not near as good-- greasy and not even close to friendly!
