If you've ever played an instrument and learned at least a song or two then give a shout out. Mention the instrument or instruments you play and how long you've been playing. I'll start off the shout. Bass 5 years Guitar 4 years Tuba approx. 3-4 years *Now that I'm not taking any music courses I'm not playing tuba. Although I might get one when I'm older, cause they are fun to play(Not nearly as fun as metal guitar though haha)

I've got quite the list of instruments that I've played at one time or another. And I've been teaching for several years on a few of them as well. Gotta love music! Piano - 27 years (teaching 10 years) Clarinet - 7 years (gave up after high school) Guitar - 15 years Cello - 6 years Flute - 2 years Mandolin - 3 years (just started this one a few years ago...beautiful music)

Wow! You've got a thorough understanding of music I can see haha. What musical traning do you have? In Canada teachers need to have their Roayal Conservatory. What kind of training is required in the states? And I agree, Mandolin is quite beautiful. I've seen some videos of some amazing players. One of which played While My Guitar Gently Wheeps by George Harrison. Have you seen it? Its a guy playing on ground zero I believe, or some famous park in New York.

I played the drums all through grade school and when I hit middle school I started playing the saxaphone. I wish I never got rid of my sax, it always put me in a good mood playing music.

Yeah playing an instrument can be quite relaxing and enjoyable. I've fallen asleep playing bass while laying on my back once hahah.
