i work with Paypal for three years and i never know a problem! This site is really good. No charge for Personnal account but you can't receive money from account with credit card. If you want, you have to buy a premium account. With this one, there are fees...i think it's +/- 0.50$ + 5%

yeah it is trust able ! just sign up the free account and go to VIEW LIMIT tab then you will come to know about all of your limitations and charges !i think paypal is pretty good firm ! and never heard any wrong about it ! i am using paypal account from three years without any difficulty ! my account s free one so i have some limits but its okey for me !
