Pastics are nondegradable thing in become its property will change and plastic is convertto degradable one THIS IS POSSIBLE?

I'm assuming that's not possible at all. If you alter the ingredients to make plastic to make it biodegradable, then it wouldn't considered plastic anymore. They would give it another name but it would be compared to plastic.
