Why everybody loves Tom & Jerry Cartoons??

i love tom & jerry cartoons very much and never miss to watch it. i know that everybody in this world loves to watch it. their is someting in common in it which every one likes no matter what's his/her age is. is that so with u than why do u like it.......

i am fond of watching tom and jerry. the scenes make me laugh all the time. i think tom and jerry cartoon show just lets us know that there will always be a threat to us (tom is the threat and we are jerry). however, we can still find time to laugh even if there are a lot of threats around us. so, tom and jerry is a fun way of forgetting problems somehow.
