Is Juice or Squash Bad for Your Teeth?

The only reason they are bad for your teeth is because of the acid as well as the sugar content. However, if you brush your teeth or rinse your mouth out after drinking these, then you will be okay. It is the build-up of these acids and sugar that does the damage. Also it is worse if you drink them through a straw than straight from the glass. :)

fruit juices add vitamins to ur diet.but they never spoil ur teeth.recently ,they say coke does spoil teeth.

I am sure squash isn't bath for your teeth (can't even think of a reason it would be). I htink too much acidic juice - like a gallon of orange jucie a day - may be bad for your teeth. I think it would be worse for you gums though.

It may not harm much, if you goggle your mouth with plain water after drinking juice.
