I love to go through and rate discussions with plusses. I heard that it helps us to earn more, and it is fun to give out plusses to people that deserve them for their positive and helpful comments. I've only started one topic of discussion so far, but I also give out plusses on topics that aren't my own! ^_^

Well I love to do that and I always give responses and rates in my discussions and other discussions and I think this is a good thing if any one post good things so give him ratings which will increase his earning and it will be a bonus from our side so I do that for my friends and for helping everyone….

i'm new around here, still a learner, but so far i rate most of my responses, but i specially make it a point to rate the good responses to my discussions with a +
if the disucssions are carefuly answered, and are not just single liner spammers, i make sure to return their interest in the discussion initiated by me with a positive rating, so that they earn more.
i hope most of us do that around here

i rate all people who answer my disscusions. if they took the time to write a few words, i think i can spare some seconds to + them. but i didn't know +'s increase u'r money. really? is there any way u can see how many +'s u've got? i'm assuming that best responses also give u more money, although i must admit i didn't noticed this in my earnings.

Yes I do rate responses to my own and other discussions plus I rate discussions started by other people as well as photos which are uploaded. However I do not rate every one of them for a couple of reasons. One is that it is against the guidelines but another is that if you give everyone a positive, then you are devaluing the entire rating system. Yes people are paid more for a best response or a positive (+) rating whilst they will lose rating and earnings if they get a (-) rating.
Giving a positive (+) to everyone will in the end affect the earnings of the whole community. Some responses are really in the neutral category in that they do not add much to the discussion or myLot community. You should only reward people who deserve it and not ever response does that.
Good luck with future discussions and ratings. :)

I always rate the answers, because I think good answers where you can see that the one who posted it made an effort deserves some kind of reward. Best answers makes the earnings go up but I don´t know about the + ratings. Anyway I give a + whenever I think the post is worth it.
So far haven´t rated with - yet, I would only use that if I got an offensif answer.

i usually rate if a discussion or response is some informative also i rate my responses to discussion as they got atleast 2 lines and some sort of description.i rate them as + and other leave no rating and i will add a comment like"please be decriptive as possible, thank you".
when i saw a good photo i will check that and rate them.usually i check the photo atatched to discussion as well as i search some photos within my interest and if a photo seems to catchy (for me)i wil rate a +

I agree with what you say here and i have never given anybody a minus rating, beacuse after all they are only giving their opinion and if they have taken the time and effort to read and respond to my discussions then they still deserve a positive rating.

Yes, i always rate the responses to the discussions that i start. Its only polite as they have taken their time to read what i have said and to think about it and respond with their own opinion or advice and I would hope that people will do the same when i respond to their discussions.

I definately rate responses but I don't do it because they can earn more, I rate the post both positively and negatively based on content. But, this discussion is interesting because I like to see what everyone's opinion is and how they post. It gives me a good indication of whether or not I should look up some of their other discussions.

I always rate them. I think if somebody takes the trouble to respond to my discussion that it is only a matter of courtesy to rate them - another way of saying 'thank you'. However, I must admit that I don't bother to rate the one worders.

Yes, I do too. I always rate discussion, responses, and I always pick a best response. I know that this helps people out and I hope they do the same for me. Most people do not pick a best response, though. Even if you are the only person that even answered their question! lol.
