which cell phone company offers the best packages?

I am looking to switch phone companies. Which one has the best deals?

I think for the price and if you dont do much traveling I would go with the Pocket phone. For 28 dollars a month you cant beat it for unlimited mins. Sooner or later the other cellphone companies will have to go unlimited if people want to stay with their phone plans.
