Would you stay with a person if they got incarcirated??

Lets say your man or woman got in trouble and was incarcirated...Lets say it was for over a year period, would you stay with this person? Do you think it is ok for you to sleep with other people if your spouse was going to be gone for a year or more.. Curious

that depend on what he was incarcirated.If he was for a small reason then maybe it wasn't his foult at all.But to sleep with other people it don't seems to be such a goo idea.

I was with someone who was in jail for 3 months. Things were worse when he returned.
I don't think I could handle being away from my current partner for a year, so I'd probably move on. I'm not 100% sure though. This would be an extremely hard decision.
