A friend introduced me to Thai food a few years ago and I have loved it ever since, I love their curries and they seemed to always cook it in coconut milk wgich makws a delish combination, with most of the dishes they have wonderful sauces that when you finish the body of the food you can pour the delicious sauses over rice and it is like a meal in itself. I nearly always go for fish cakes as a starter then always must have a curry and to finish off Bananas in Coconut Milk just makes you feel so good. Its good to go to a Thai restaurant with a small group of people and everyone order main meals then all is put in the middle and you then have a taste of everything. I have tried many Thai Restaurants in Melbourne but my very favourite is Sukhothai in Northcote, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the food to die for...yes I guess you could say I rather like Thai food.

I have never visited a Thai food restaurant, however I have eaten in Jamaican restaurants and they also use curry's and coconut milk and plantins in there dishes, and their dishes are just incredible. However, the dishes that you just described sound just as scrumptious. I think I will plan a trip with my family...thanks...SS

I first tried Thai food when I was in graduate school. It was very wonderful. I like the Phud Thai, at least that is what I think it was called. I now live far fromt he city and rarely get to go for Thai food. My loss!

I think Thai food is the nicest food in the world, the tastes are out of this world, I just wish I could afford to go out to a restaurant more often.
