how do u guys deal with a staff who keeps forgetting things or instrustions that have been told to her? i bought a white board for her just so that she can keep track of what job had she done and what had not but of no vail. N when questioned, she will tell u plainly that she forgot and it gets on my nerves, cos this will go on for several times a week and several times of the day. so how do u guys deal with this type of situation in your office.
