Adding salt to a dessert or adding sugar to a savory dish by mistake while on busy cooking line.

Lol, all you can do is laugh about it. I hope you didn't get in trouble. Once I put baking soda in my coffee instead of sugar. Another time when I was a baker in a 5 star hotel, I put coffee beans in brownies instead of chocolate chips. The box looked exactly the same! The pot smoking dishwasher kids loved them but the guests didn't.
