yes we can chat but it takes some time to reach to the other.the message list is of that use,you can use it any time and send a message to anyone,then the latter replies you.this way you can personally connect to one another and make friends.

yeah, i think it is not that effective. sometimes we find a friend today here, tomorrow, he flies to another post.
