yes our country does lack a leader who has the capacity to run things the way they should be. but dictatorship is certainly not a way out. any of the fiction books such as Anthem by Ayn Rand or 1984 by George Orwell will testify to this.

Indian democracy in spite of many fallacies is able maintain itself. We do need a strong leader who can break the dynastic thinking and following.
