Parental Issue

My friend is working in the states since 2 years.He is single and unmarried.His parents are staying in India and are very old.Whats more his grandfather is also staying with them in India.Soma days back a tragedy happened.His father in India expired.Now he has his old mother and his very old grandfather in India.His mother in India was totally dependeny on his father even for purchasing grocery.Npw my friend wants to bring his mother to the states but his grandfather is a problem.He is too old to travel and there is no one in India who can take care of him. Keeping him in old age home is not the tradition followed in India.My friend cannot shift base to India as he is happy with the job satisfaction he gets working abroad. Please advice and lets discuss whether there is any solution to this.There are a lot of people who work abroad keeping the parents at home. Any catastrophe to them can really change things dramatically.This is a big problem.
