one of my favorite pasta is lasana. Its really delicious. I got to know how to cook through the mother of my auntie. I cooked it this christmas eve. My friends whenever they are around would look for it on my table during special occasion.

Every time i try and make lasagna, it comes out too dry. I've resorted to eating Stouffer's, my kids like it and its alot less work with a good result!

I really like lasagne too. I learned to cook it by reading the recipe on the side of the box. That was good but over the years I have tweaked it a bit here and there and now it hardly looks like the recipe on the side of the box anymore and it is much more delicious. Each time I would make it, I would ask those eating it, what one thing could I do to make it just a little bit better til I got to the point where people finally told me it was just perfect! I serve it with a nice tossed salad and some crusty Italian bread......YUMMMMMM
