Should Referee/Umpires be replaced by technology?

Hi all, Just wanted your opinion on replacing refrees/umpires with technology. Sometimes because of a wrong decision by an umpire/refree match winning situations are lost by a team. Even though most of the games use the latest technology to show all aspects of the game to the viewer, why then not the same technology can be used to take decisions? For example, a classic case is the LBW decision in cricket. Many times its diificult for the umpire to judge correctly whether the batsman was out or not. What's your take on this.
