who is the right criminal sadam or bush

i think both are equal in this case because are doing mistakes in their decision

The real criminal is 'Bush' but you cannot write off 'Saddam'. Both have done enough mistakes to be equally hated and punished. We now see that only 'Saddam' is punished for his role in the 1982 series of murders. The administration that carried out his trial was highly impartial. They were acting on orders of 'Bush' and it was not correct.
