Do you seperate tags?

Although they dont directly earn you money for the posts or discussions you start they do bring more people to your posts and discussions by making them easier for people to search for and find increasing the chance for the discussion to be extended and therefore more money earnt for both. However do you insert tags that are the full word or not such as "earn money" or do you use "earn, money" I have noticed this on YouTube I think that also does this but automatically with each tag just allowed to be one word. So my question is do you seperate tags into words or add them as two or more words? Or do you not use tags at all?
